Race Overview
The 2nd Laurel Highlands Ultra Fall Classic offers a unique opportunity to race the Northend and Northbound 50K for the first time!
This point-to-point race features:
- 50K Individual Race
- 50K Relay - split into two legs of approximately 17.4 miles and 13.4 miles
Course Description
The race will start at Mile 39 in Laurel Summit State Park and finish at Mile 70 near Rt 56 in Seward, PA.
The trail features over 3,700 ft elevation gain and 5,100 ft descent through beautiful landscapes, including rock mazes, ferns, and rhododendron tunnels.
Aid Stations
Aid stations will be fully stocked and available at:
- ~Mile Marker 46 (6.5 miles)
- ~Mile Marker 57 (17.4 miles)
- ~Mile Marker 62 (22.5 miles)
Parking and Shuttle
Parking at the Start Line will be limited. A shuttle will transport racers from Finish Line parking at Rt 56 to the Start Line, available for $15.
Awards
Every finisher receives a finisher award. Awards for the top three finishers in each category: Non-Binary, Female, and Male.
