Le sentier de l'espoir - Rigaud - 2025

About the Event

The 'Sentier de l'espoir' is a trail running event where all profits raised will go directly to the Fondation de l'Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. In the previous three editions, we raised over $15,000.

Five distances will be offered in a beautiful natural reserve:

• 1KM: A fun run for the little ones to discover trail running!
• 6KM: A short but challenging course for both beginners and more experienced runners.
• 10KM: For those looking for a challenge while supporting a good cause!
• 20KM: For those looking for a challenge while supporting a good cause!
• 40KM: For those looking for a challenge while supporting a good cause!

Location

The event will be held at the Sentiers de l'escapade in Rigaud, in a mature forest with fragile ecosystems offering a magnificent view of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.

Start Times

Start times are subject to change:

• The 20KM and 40KM races will start at 8:30 AM.
• The 6KM and 10KM races will start around 9:00 AM, after the 20KM.
• Lastly, the 1KM race will start at 11:00 AM.

What's Included?

• A 'Sentier de l'espoir' medal made right here in Quebec!
• Three aid stations (Ravito).
• Numbered bibs for all participants.
• Free timing for all distances!
• And above all, fun and personal achievement for a good cause!
