Light the Way 5K

This night-time race will be entirely lit with the famous Natchitoches Christmas lights! The route starts in front of the riverbank stage, runs south past Santa Clause Lane, turns west on Amulet, north on 2nd Street, and east on Lafayette, returning to the riverbank. One lap completes the Fun Run; three laps complete the 5K.

Race Day Schedule

• 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Registration & Packet Pick Up
• 5:15 PM: Warm Up and Welcome
• 5:30 PM: Fun Run Begins
• 5:45 PM: 5k Begins
• 6:15 PM: Cool Down
• 6:20 PM: Awards Ceremony

Courses and Prices

• 5K: $30 (Price increases after October 10, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT)
• 1 mile Fun Run: $20 (Price increases after October 10, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT)
• Kids 14 & Under 1 mile Fun Run: $15 (Registration ends November 23, 2025 at 5:00pm CST)
• Virtual 5K: $25 (Registration ends November 23, 2025 at 5:00pm CST)
• Ainsley's Angel (Rider Only): (No price listed)

Costume contest: Prizes will be awarded for the most Christmas Spirit. Themed teams will be considered!

Packet Pick Up

Friday, November 21, 2025, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center’s HR Classroom, located at 111 East 5th Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457.
Sunday, November 23, 2025, packets can also be picked up at the Riverbank Stage starting at 3:30 p.m.
