Event Information

Join us for our 12th annual megsmiles 5K! We have an in-person 5K option, a virtual option, and a Kids Run! Both the 5K and Kids Run will be hosted at Atlee High School at 9414 Atlee Station Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23116 on Saturday, January 10th, 2026.

Kids Run: 8:30 AM
5K Start Time: 9:00 AM

The cost for the megsmiles 5K is $40 ($45 on race day), and the Kids Run is $20 ($25 on race day). Please do not sign up for the virtual 5K if you plan on attending in person. The shirt cutoff is December 10th. Anyone registering after this date is not guaranteed a shirt.

For in-person runners, packet pickup will be available on Friday, January 19th from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Lucky Road (location to be announced), as well as on race day from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at Atlee High School.

Proceeds will go to the megsmiles charity, celebrating the memory of Meg Cross Menzies.
