Description: This is a timed endurance challenge. The course includes running segments interspersed with various exercises using sandbags and kettlebells. There are RX and scaled divisions for individual male and female competitors, as well as a team of 2 option (also RX and scaled). Scaled weights will be 75/50 lbs for sandbags and 35/25 lbs for kettlebells. Team participants must register individually and note "Team" in the comments section. Specify your division (e.g., "RX individual" or "scaled team") in the comments section.
