Monte's 5K

Join us for Monte's 5K on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PDT! This event will be held at the CSUMB Campus - Otter Student Union and will raise money for student scholarships. All ages are welcome to participate (under 18 with a guardian). There is no age limit for participating.

Start/Finish Line: In front of the Otter Student Union
Course Map: Coming Soon (Featuring a 1-Mile Run option!)

Registration:
CSUMB Students: Free (You will need your Student ID and the promo code: "CSUMBSTUDENT2025" to register and receive the free entry)
All other participants: $30 (Children under the age of 12 are free*)
*Children under 12 can participate for free as untimed participants (waivers required). They'll receive a medal at the finish line. If you'd like a bib or t-shirt for your child, you can register them as a participant and pay the registration fee.

Registration includes: Race bib, Race Medal, Race T-shirt, Post-race refreshments

Bib Pick Up: Thursday, Oct. 9th from 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Otter Student Union, Main Quad Plaza, and on race day, Saturday, Oct. 11th from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. in front of the OSU. Please bring a Photo ID.

Parking: Parking is located in Lot 71. A parking permit is required at all times. The cost of a daily pass is $5.
