Move MGM COLOR Run
Join Montgomery's First Lady Tamika Reed and Move Montgomery for the Move MGM COLOR Run! This event promotes wellness in the River Region by encouraging Montgomery residents to live healthier, happier lives. The run/walk allows participants to exercise at their own pace while having fun! The event features running/walking the loop around Buddy Watson Park and being doused with vibrant colors at several locations.

Registration: FREE! Registration ends July 19, 2025 at 8:00 AM CDT. Run shirts available for the first 400 registrants. Shirt pick-up: Friday, July 18th, 3-6 PM at Buddy Watson Park. Day-of registration and shirt pick-up begins at 7 AM; warm-up at 7:30 AM.
