New Orleans Ultramarathon and Half

Event Details

The New Orleans Ultramarathon and Half will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Starting locations vary by race:

• 50 Miler and 50K: Starts at 6 AM at Jackson Square (701 Decatur St, New Orleans, LA)
• Half Marathon: Starts at 8 AM at Louisiana Running Company (4153 Canal St, New Orleans, LA)

All events will finish at Second Line Brewing (433 N Bernadotte St, New Orleans, LA). Enjoy a fun post-race party featuring food, beverages, and awards.

Registration closes on Sunday, October 19, @ 11:59 PM CT. Pricing for each distance is as follows:

• 50 Miler - $114.79 ($126.50 after Mar 31)
• 50K - $96.00 ($107.68 after Mar 31)
• Half Marathon - $78.46 ($90.15 after Mar 31)

Course Details

The course is 100% pavement, with well-marked paths and numerous aid stations every 5 miles, providing typical ultrarunner snacks and hydration.

Awards

Top 3 male and female finishers in each distance will receive unique handmade awards from local artists. All finishers earn a custom medal.

FAQs

Are pacers allowed? Yes, for ultra runners starting at mile 15. Can I change distances? Yes, changes can be made up to the start of the race.
