NYC Spring Half Marathon | 2024

Join us for the NYC Spring Half Marathon in 2024! This year, we have a new start location due to construction, but we promise it will be just as exciting. The course consists of four loops, each timed with splits uploaded in real-time. You'll run over the seldom-seen Freedom Tunnel and through Riverside Park, known for its stunning views of Manhattan's waterfronts, lush greenery, and walking and biking paths. Designed by America's renowned landscape architect, Fredrick Law Olmsted, this 150-year-old park will leave you wanting to explore more.

Along the course, there will be water stations about every 1.5 miles, with "Grab and Go" stations offering water, Gatorade, and gels. You'll receive a technical t-shirt in male or female cut, a personalized bib (if registered four weeks prior), and a 4" die-cast medal with a full-color ribbon. Awards and plaques will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in each age group from 14-19 to 75-79.

After the race, enjoy post-race bagels with cream cheese spreads, organic jelly, and peanut butter. Please check our website for updates on the pre-race day packet pick-up location and schedule. Don't forget to bring a picture ID to receive your bib with a timing chip attached.
