Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K

Join us for a 10K and a 5K run/walk along the Carter's Grove Country Road Course. Surpass your personal best while helping Olde Towne assure access to quality health and wellness care to the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community. This challenging run is on the old Carters Grove Country Road which is a paved trail. This will be a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event (10K), and is on a USATF-certified course (10K & 5K).

LOCATION: 101 Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (James City County Government Complex). Parking available on location.

• 10K RUN: 9:00AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT
• 10K RACE WALK: 9:10AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT
• 5K WALK & RUN: 9:15AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT

Registration:

• Early Bird: $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT
• Prices Increase: After September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT
• Online Registration Closes: October 31, 2025 at 3:00pm EDT
• In-Person Registration: Open on race day at 7:45 am (+$5 increase)

Packet Pickup: Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg VA 23188) on October 31, 2025 from 12pm-5pm, or race day from 7:45 am.

Awards: Top 3 overall men and women in the 10K run and 10K race walk; top 3 in all age groups for the 10K (14-and-under through 75-and-over); top 5 men and women overall in the 5K run/walk.
