Join Us for the One Shot 5K! Miles that Matter: Fueling Fitness & Healing for Veterans and Families!

Event Description: Lace up your sneakers, grab your loved ones, and join us for the One Shot 5K —a run/walk dedicated to supporting the heroes who serve our country and the families who stand by them. This race is about much more than just a finish line—it’s about showing up for those who have given so much. By participating in this 5K, you're helping to provide financial support for veterans and their families to access One Shot Wellness, a fitness community focused on healing, strength, and mental wellness. Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, or someone who just wants to make a difference, this race is for YOU. We believe in the power of community, fitness, and family—and we want you to be a part of it.

• Date: Saturday, August 23rd
• Registration: $45 for 5K or $35 for 1K Kids
• Kids Registration Deadline: - August 10th (to be guaranteed a t-shirt)

  - Day of Registration available 7:15-7:40am

How to Register: Sign Up: Choose your race (in-person or virtual) We have a 5K option available or a 1K Kids option available! Want to go above and beyond? Raise extra funds to support the cause and get your registration fee refunded ($150 minimum)
