Pine Street School 5K - USATF Certified

Race Information

The 14th Annual Pine Street School 5k is a fundraiser for Pine Street Elementary School. Funds raised help to supplement PTO's efforts to engage and enrich the student's experience at Pine. Thanks to the generous support of sponsors, PTO is able to provide students with enrichment opportunities such as specialized grade-level studies, Artist in Residence Week, and Accelerated Reader programming, among many other worthwhile endeavors.

The 5K course runs through Spartanburg's historic Converse Heights neighborhood and is USATF certified (SC18009DW). Registration includes a short-sleeve t-shirt if registered by March 1st, 2026. Select sizes may be available on race day for later registrations, but late registrants are not guaranteed a tee shirt.

Packet Pick-up-Morning of the race only! Saturday, March 21st at Pine Street Entrance from 7:30am to 8:45am.

There will be a brief awards ceremony at the completion of the race for overall and age group winners.

All Pine Street Students will run the fun run during their regular PE classes. We welcome students to sign up to run or walk the 5k race and require that students be accompanied by an adult at all times on the race course.
