Check-in Time:
Evening Before (7/25/25): 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Day of (7/26/25): 6:30 to 7:30 am

5k Start and Finish: Race starts at 8:00 am! Walkers and runners will start at CrossFit Okoboji

400M: Kids fun run. No divisions. All skill levels encouraged. Starts at 8:50 am

5k Divisions: 12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Same for men and women. All ages and skill levels are encouraged.

Awards: Awards Ceremony at CrossFit Okoboji following the runs.
Grand prizes for Overall Male and Female winners 5k
Award for first, second, and third place in each age group
Medal for all kids in the 400M Fun Run

Race Course:
400M: Road running with a gradual hill.
5k: A mainly flat course with a gradual hill. Run on the Great Lakes Spine Trail with some road running.

Entry Fee:
$15 400M Kids Fun Run
$25 5k (if received by 7/14/25)
$30 7/15/25 until day of race (7/26/25)
