Event Information
The Tartan 5K is a celebration of health, happiness, and community, sponsored by Radford University in Roanoke.
Get ready to lace up your running shoes and dash through the Roanoke Greenway. Whether you run in scrubs to honor healthcare workers or a kilt for highlander pride, every step taken will strengthen community bonds.
Runners, walkers, strollers, and dogs of all ages are welcome! Pre-race party starts at 5:30 pm.
Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Female overall, Highlander Tartan Spirit Award
Participants will receive:
- Finisher Medal
- Race T-Shirt (register by 8/24/2025 for guarantee)
- Swag Bag
