Make a morning of it & join us for a nice and easy paced 5km run on Saturday mornings around the Rathmines area followed by a recovery session in our sauna & ice baths and grab a coffee with the gang after!
Come down and meet some new people as we build our community here in Rathmines, you'll be glad of it and starting your morning the right way!
Don't forget to bring your togs and a towel for the sauna after the run. Optional coffee afterwards at Two Fifty Square with the group for those who wish to join.
