Rise Gym Christmas Fun Run

Come join us at Rise Gym Welwyn Garden City for a jolly good time at our Christmas Fun Run! This is a 5km run around Welwyn Garden City and everyone is welcome to take part, whatever your pace or experience.

We’ll meet in the Rise Gym reception before heading out together, and return there afterwards to warm up with a complimentary hot drink and mince pie, courtesy of Rise Gym.

• When: Sunday 14th December 2025, 9am & 10am (choice of two time slots)
• Where: Rise Gym, Welwyn Garden City
• Tickets: £5 (plus booking fee)

This year, Shelter's winter message remains the same - Families experiencing homelessness face months if not years in unfit temporary accommodation, with little or no support. Every 11 minutes, a family in England becomes homeless. No family should face homelessness alone this Christmas.

This is a fun-filled event for all whilst raising money and awareness for an important cause. Santa hats and festive fancy dress are encouraged, so lace up your shoes, dress up in your best Christmas gear, and let’s spread some holiday cheer together. See you there! 🎅✨
