Join the Movement for Mental Health! Introducing the "Run for Mental Health" - an empowering journey towards well-being! Run with purpose, run with heart for someone you know who is on that difficult journey like all of us. Let's break the stigma and stride towards a healthier mind! Your run can make a difference! 💙

Overview:

• Run will sell-out QUICK! Waves fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome - Run or Walk!
• Timing is optional; participants can track their own time or ask coordinators for assistance. No timing chips.
• Swag Bag Includes: Running T-Shirt (US only), Finisher's Towel or Giveaway, Finisher's Medal, Digital Training Pack, Online Results & Certificate of Completion, Invitation to Local Running Clubs.
• Optional Technical Running Shirts available for an additional $5.
• Swag shipped direct to your US address. Race bibs provided on race day.

Wave Times:

• Wave A: 7:30AM MST
• Wave B: 8:00AM MST
• Wave C: 8:30AM MST
• Late runners can run upon arrival. Coordinators stay 3 hours after the first wave.

Virtual Run Option: Includes a Training Pack with Digital Tools. Can be done any time and place. Submit results to [email protected] to receive a medal.

Charity Initiatives: For every mile logged after the race, $1 will be donated to partner charities (Fundraising is optional).
