About the Event
Run for the Animals
The Run for the Animals is a fun, family-friendly event benefiting the Cohanzick Zoo. The race will start and finish at the Cohanzick Zoo, 35 Mayor Aitken Drive, Bridgeton, NJ. Parking will be at Bridgeton High School. Bathrooms will be available at the zoo and splash pad. Mayor Aitken Drive will be closed to traffic from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

- 5K Run: $35, 9:00 AM EDT. Registration ends September 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT
- 1 Mile Walk: $35, 9:00 AM EDT. Registration ends September 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT
Additional Information:
Race shirts are free for those who register before September 11, 2025. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome to participate outside the zoo. Awards will be given to the top 3 female and male finishers. This race is rain or shine.
