Sacfit 2026 Winter/Spring Intermediate and Advanced Half Marathon Training Program
Welcome to SacFit's Intermediate & Advanced Half Marathon Training Program! This 16-week program is designed to help you achieve your half marathon goals, whether it's a specific time or simply finishing. We combine expert coaching, science-based training techniques, and a strong community focus to ensure a rewarding and successful experience.
Program Features:

Schedule:
- The program starts on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
- Registration is open continuously thereafter, and you can join until the beginning of March.
- Mid-week workouts: Monday (active recovery), Tuesday (track, hill repeats, or stair-lunges), Thursday (tempo, race-pace, or longer mileage).
- Saturday morning workouts: Longest workouts of the week, with coach-led pace groups, strength, and stretching stations.
Locations:
- First Saturday: Rio Americano High School Auditorium (8:30 AM).
- Subsequent Saturdays: William Pond Park (8:30 AM).
Pricing:
- New Members: $150
- Returning Members: $135
This program is also the official training program for the Parkway Half Marathon and prepares participants for other Winter and Spring Half Marathons.
