About the Event
Sconnie Sprint
The First Annual Sconnie Sprint provides MWCTC athletes one last chance to race outdoors before the winter season! This triathlon consists of an indoor pool swim at the Bakke Recreation Center, followed by an outdoor bike near the UW-Madison campus and a run along the Lakeshore Path of Lake Mendota.
- Swim: 750m
- Bike: 11.8 miles
- Run: 3.1 miles
The Bakke Recreation Center serves as the home base, offering lockers, post-race snacks, and parking. All athletes registering before September 27th receive a race logo sweat towel!
