Sports Backers 8k Training Team
The Sports Backers 8k Training Team is an 8-week program designed to motivate and train individuals to run the VCU Health Richmond 8k. The program includes a detailed schedule, personal guidance from experienced coaches, organized weekly group runs, a technical shirt, and free entry into the VCU Health Richmond 8k.
Registration includes:
- Detailed schedule
- Guidance from experienced coaches
- Weekly group runs
- Technical shirt
- Free entry in the 2025 VCU Health Richmond 8k
Training Locations (Subject to Change):
- Church Hill
- Fan/Museum District
- Midlothian
- Short Pump
- Traveling Team (different locations each week)
- Virtual
Price: $60 (Price increases after September 1, 2025 at 12:10am EDT)
Open to ages 8+.
