Join us for multiple seasons to experience the full range of topics and to empower youth through physical activity and mentorship. Each program involves games, discussions about friendship and self-esteem, culminating in a 5km fun run with their Sole Cohort.

Note: Costs associated with the 5km fun run are not included in program fees. Families are encouraged to participate alongside their Sole Kid or find a great location to support the group.
