The Franklin Turkey Trot Benefiting GraceWorks

Now in its 26th year, this Thanksgiving Day tradition is a family feel-good, do-good time. Over 4,250 participants run/walk the 10K, 5K, or Kids' Turkey Chase through the heart of Cool Springs. Many of their friends and family stand on the sidelines to cheer them on. Each Trotter crosses the finish line knowing that local Neighbors in need now have more food, shelter, and support services because they ran for GraceWorks.

Distances and Prices

• 10K: $50
• 5K: $45
• Kids Turkey Chase: $15

*Register a team of 4 or more adults, and you'll receive a $5 discount on each registration fee.*

Please note: Tennessee law now requires that online prices be displayed up-front, including any taxes or third-party processing fees. Since this platform (Race Roster) has a processing fee, the price on the registration form will show the sum of the processing fee and the race fee as one total. Race Fees for the 2025 Franklin Turkey Trot benefiting GraceWorks have not changed. The Race Fees are the same as last year.

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Trotters have the option to help GraceWorks raise additional funds by inviting family, friends, and co-workers to donate in support of their run/walk. Simply agree to fundraise when you register, and you are set to have the opportunity to win fabulous prizes! The more you raise, the more prizes you win! Event Day Schedule

• 6:15 AM - Race Day Registration Opens
• 7:00 AM - 10K Run Only Begins
• 8:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins
• 9:00 AM - Kids' Turkey Chase Begins
• 9:30 AM - Course Cleared by the City of Franklin
