The Trak Shak Retro Run 5K

The Trak Shak Retro Run 5K is a 5K race taking place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, in Homewood, Alabama. The race starts at 7:00 PM CDT and will be followed by food, drinks, and an infamous costume contest with a $100 cash prize for the winner. Participants receive a bib, tee, and a food and beer ticket.

• Friday, July 25 - 11 AM to 5 PM at The Trak Shak Homewood
• Saturday, July 26 - 4 PM to 6:50 PM at The Trak Shak Homewood

• 4:00 PM - Registration and packet pick up starts
• 6:45 PM - EW Motion Therapy Warm Up
• 7:00 PM - Race Starts
• 7:30 PM - Food Service Starts (menu from Oak Hill Bar & Grill)
• 8:00 PM - Awards ceremony starts
• 8:10 PM - Costume contest
• 8:30 PM - Music and Drinks

• 1st Place Overall Male & Female - $100 Cash
• 1st Place Masters Male & Female (40 & Over) - $50 Cash
