WHO: Please join us in welcoming the Tri-State Women Warriors as proud partners in this year’s race! Their mission is to provide connection and advocacy to support the unique needs of women veterans and service members, and we’re honored to collaborate with them.

WHAT: 🏃‍♀️ Mind Over Miles 5K Run (or walk!) to raise awareness for empowerment, brain health, and resiliency. Let’s put mental health at the forefront—together!

WHEN: 🗓 Saturday, August 2, 2025
🕡 Check-In: 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM

ROUTE OPTIONS: 8K (5 miles), 2 Miles

POST-RACE FUN: 🎈 Join us for the Town and Country Days Parade 📍 Main Street | 🕥 10:30 AM
Then head over to Tower Park for food, games, and community fun!
