Get ready for an adrenaline-charged adventure with Tri-Quest, where you'll take on thrilling challenges and enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors at Muriel Lake M.D. Park! The event consists of three stages, featuring 9 kms of biking, 3 kms of paddling, and 4.5 kms of running.
Team Registration: Teams of four are encouraged to register early to secure their spots. Individual Participation: Prefer to take on this adventure solo? No worries! There are options available for individual participants, as well as spots for youth teams and solo competitors.
Race Time: 1 p.m. Award presentation to follow race. Stick around after the race to enjoy the onsite BBQ($) and local musical talent. Don't forget your lawn chairs or blankets to enhance your enjoyment. Don't forget to book your Muriel Lake camp spot! Race Registrants will receive a 10% discount at Muriel Lake M.D. Park for that weekend.

Rules and Instructions: Please review the following rules and instructions to help us deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable event for everyone.
Entry Categories: Teams (May be all male, all female, or co-ed, 3 or 4 people per team: 1 biker, 1 or 2 paddlers, and 1 runner), Adult Team (All members 18+), Youth Team (All members 12–17), Mixed youth/adult teams are classified as Adult Teams, Adult Solo (18+), Youth Solo (under 18).
Registration and Packet Pick-Up: T-shirts: Register by May 1 and purchase a Tri-Quest T-Shirt to be guaranteed one. Early pick-up: Dates and times will be announced. Team pick-up: One team member may pick up packets and T-shirts for the whole team. Waiver: A paper copy of the Participant Accident Waiver & Release of Liability must be signed at registration.
Race-Day Procedures: Bibs and stickers, Watercraft drop-off, Bike drop-off, Maps, Road use, Bib placement, Checkpoints, Equipment retrieval, Parking.
Bike Segment Rules: Propulsion (No e-bikes), Helmets (MANDATORY), Terrain (pavement, gravel, and uneven/narrow cross-country trails), Road etiquette, Corral procedure, Teams, Route.
Paddle Segment Rules: Watercraft (Canoe, kayak, or paddle board only), PFDs (MANDATORY), Launch/landing, Teams, Egress, Safety, Route.
Run Segment Information: Course integrity, Checkpoint, Hydration, Route.
On-Course Support: Volunteers in orange Tri-Quest T-shirts will be stationed throughout the routes to provide directions and encouragement.
