White Continent 50k, Marathon & Half-Marathon

Dates: December 6-13, 2025

Location: King George Island, Antarctica

This event includes a 50k, a marathon, and a half-marathon. Runners will be cheered on by penguins and seals! Post-race excursions may include visits to a penguin colony and the nearby Russian Research base.

Courses and Prices:

2025 White Continent 50k: 31 miles, $2,500.00
2025 White Continent Marathon: 26.2 miles, $2,500.00
2025 White Continent Half-Marathon: 13.1 miles, $2,500.00

Additional Information: This is the only opportunity to run a marathon in Antarctica within one week. The event takes place on actual Antarctic land. We will cross the Drake Passage at a smooth and comfortable 31,000 Feet.
