About the Event
$5K - September
This 5K race is designed for athletes who want a low-key tune-up race, novices intimidated by larger events, and runners/walkers who want to test themselves without breaking the bank. Each monthly race gives runners a chance to test their abilities, concentrate on technique, and converse with others in the running community. It's an official chip-timed 5K event, with awards given at the October race for the $5K Race Series (one 5K per month from April-October).
Cost: $5.00. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals.
