Join us on Sunday, March 1, 2026 for a 5K Run, 1 Mile Run/Walk, or a Virtual 5K Run/Walk!

Online registration for 2026 reopens August 31st, 2024.

New for 2025: Participants can choose timed or untimed 5K races. Untimed participants are ineligible for age group awards. All 5K race day entries are untimed.

Run For Fitness Mission Statement: Run for Fitness promotes health and fitness for Hawaii’s children by providing funds to schools for sports and recreation equipment, promoting an active lifestyle.

Courses and Prices:

• 5K Run - TIMED EVENT: 3.1 Miles, $35.00 - $40.00 - $45.00
• 5K Run - UNTIMED: 5K, $30.00 - $35.00 - $40.00
• 1 Mile Run/Walk - UNTIMED: 1 Mile, $25.00 - $30.00 - $35.00
• Stroller: $10.00
• Virtual 5K or 1 Mile Run/Walk: 5K, $40.00 - $45.00
