Mills River Valley 5K and 10K Race and Doggy Dash 1 Miler

Event Details

The Mills River Valley Races 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Doggy Dash takes place on September 7, 2025, starting at 8:30 AM EDT. The event will be held at Mills River Park, located on Town Center Drive, Mills River, NC, USA.

These races showcase flat courses through the valley, providing scenic views of the Hendersonville mountains. Both the 5K and 10K races are USATF certified, allowing runners to certify their times with USATF.

Support local charities while aiming to achieve your personal best! Bring your running buddies or furry friends; everyone is welcome. Those running with dogs will start at the back of the pack.

Registration Fees:

• $35.00 for the Mills River Valley 5K
• $45.00 for the Mills River Valley 10K
• $18.00 for the 1 Mile Doggy Dash

T-shirts will be available for participants who register prior to the August 19th deadline, with limited availability on race day.
