With Fleet Feet Training, You Don't Need Luck! January 5–March 15, 2026
Whether you're running your first race or chasing a PR, Fleet Feet has your Shamrock'n training covered! Join us to receive 10 weeks of coaching for the Shamrock'n half marathon or 10K. Training groups meet twice per week in Sacramento, Davis, and Elk Grove. Prefer to train on your own? Register for virtual training!
Stay accountable with a training plan complete with daily assignments for running, walking, cross training, and recovery. Work with Fleet Feet coaches on your speed, endurance, running mechanics, fueling, hydration, and more. On race day, enjoy access to a private VIP lounge at Sutter Health Park, included with your training program registration!
Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees
Your 10-week training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is periodized to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week. Starting Mileage: ~3 miles for 10K trainees, ~4 miles for half marathon trainees. Recommended fitness level: Ability to complete 30-45 minutes of continuous running or run/walking, 3-4 times per week, for at least 2 months prior to joining the program.
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized feedback along the way. If you're training in one of the in-person groups, you'll have the opportunity to work with coaches one-on-one at the group runs. If you're in the virtual training program, you can message your coaches throughout the week and set up calls to dive deeper into your training. The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early mornings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable. Choose one weekday training run and one weekend training run each week.
No refunds on or after January 5, 2026. Training fee does not include race entry fee. Dogs are prohibited at group training runs.
