Race Description
Experience the scenic trails with over 400 feet of elevation gain per 2.4-mile loop, featuring rocky paths and stunning views of the Cedar River. Choose between the 8-hour Punisher and the 4.8-mile Promenade, with the Promenade consisting of 2 loops.
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station with beverages and snacks available throughout the race. After completing your race, enjoy hot protein and refreshments.
Registration and Refunds
Registration closes on May 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM CAT. Refunds are not available, but rollover options are permitted for those unable to participate, with a deadline of April 1, 2024.
Age Groups
Age categories include: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-75, and 75 and over.
Sponsors and Volunteers
Support local sponsors and consider volunteering for the event. Volunteers will receive an entry to next year's race.
