Location: Cookson, OK 74427 US

Description: Experience the beauty of Cookson Hills Wildlife Management Area (WMA). There is a 70 participant cap on the event based on our permit. We must all do our part in keeping Cookson free of litter as always: Leave No Trace. If we want a shot at being allowed to hold future events in Cookson, we must protect the land and the animals who call it home.

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM: Packet Pickup/Early Start
• 8:00 AM: Run/Hike/Walk Start
• 7:00 PM: Cutoff

Course: This 33-mile adventure follows dirt/gravel roads and four-wheel drive access roads. There is about 4,500' of elevation gain. Trekking poles are allowed. There are multiple water crossings. Water stations and aid stations will be along the course.

Awards: Top 3 finishers receive awards. Finishers who complete the course within the 11-hour cutoff receive a belt buckle.

Other: Taco bar provided for participants and volunteers. All participants receive a hoodie.
