Event Details

The Runner's Den is excited to announce the return of the Summer Sunset Series in partnership with Mizuno! Enjoy a fast, flat course along the Desjardins Recreation Trail in Hamilton. This event features:

Chip-timed 5K run
1K Kids Run (all finishers receive medals)
Demo shoes to try at the event
Draw prizes for all participants courtesy of Mizuno
Post-race refreshments
