The 27th Annual Granite Bay Triathlon

Event Details

The 27th Annual Granite Bay Triathlon features:

• Swim: .75 mile swim in Folsom Lake
• Bike: 11 mile multi-lap bike course on roads closed to traffic
• Run: 5 mile trail run along picturesque single-track trails

Athletes will receive a Granite Bay Triathlon Finisher Shirt and Hat, plus a post-race lunch. Wetsuits are recommended due to water temperatures being approximately 64 degrees.

Awards

The event awards Overall Champion Titles to the fastest male and female triathletes. Additionally, awards will be given three deep in each ten-year age group.

Rules and Regulations

• Wetsuits are recommended; swim fins and snorkels are not allowed.
• Helmets must be worn and fastened at all times on the bike.
• Listening devices are prohibited.
• Race transfers are allowed with an applicable fee.

All TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
